The museum is open for Groups the whole year, by arrangement.

The museum is closed on Sundays and Christian Holidays.

Accessibility

• The museum has both a Disabled Parking Place and an Invalid toilet, plus an induction loop for the deaf, an AED (Automated External Defibrillator), and a lift.
• In the cloakroom there are safes free of charge. Where you can store your private possessions. A €1 coin is needed to operate the lock.
• The museum is "Wheelchair-friendly".
